My pop up Lynnette’s Kitchen for Miele at the Hyatt Hotel. As Miele’s ambassador, Lynnette had the pleasure of a Pop-up Kitchen to create her famous dishes – Assam Pedas Snapper with pineapple and laksa leaves, steamed Mantou buns with my Peranakan Chili Crab. She was supported by chefs from Hyatt. It was a most amazing afternoon. 5 December 2015
